If you have ever been to Grand Cayman then you are aware of the spectacular diving that can be found there. If you have never been to Eastend on Grand Cayman then you've only seen the tip of what Grand Cayman has to offer. Over the past few years we have been spending February in Grand Cayman diving in Eastend with an outfit called Ocean Frontiers. (www.oceanfrontiers.com). I am almost at a loss for words in regard to the absolutely awesome dive sites on this side of GC. Although there are 100's of sites around GC, the East and Northeast sides have been meticulously preserved and some of the best I have seen. From shallow reef dives to deep wall dives there is a vast array of tropical fish life and brilliant coral. Crystal clear waters and breath taking views that will dance for your lens and mesmerize your mind. I would have to recommend that you seek out Ocean Frontiers as your dive operation while in Grand Cayman. To put it in perspective, the West side of GC is home to the famous 7 Mile Beach. It is the hotel/shopping zone and attracts millions of tourist every year. On this side of the island there are 60+ dive operators. On the Eastend there are 3. Ocean Frontiers consist of world class divers with genuine concern for the ocean, reef and your safety. They will valet your gear and take excellent care of you.
